What equipment do I need?

For BodyEvo, you need a pull up bar and dip bars (two chairs side-by-side will work, but be sure to place your palms on the flat seat portion rather than the seat backs.) IronBody requires a gym with barbells and dumbbells. AbUp and ShredFast require no equipment. CalAesthetics Academy is a membership program that may or may not require equipment, depending on the current month’s exercises.

I lost or forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Simply go to the member’s area in a “private browsing” or “incognito window” (so that your browser doesn’t remember you being logged in, if you experience that problem), and click “Lost your password?” at the bottom. Here is a direct link to reset your password just in case.

Where can I access my fitness program?

After purchasing any CalAesthetics program from the (Programs page), you will receive a link in your email to the login page. If you accidentally misplaced or deleted that email, you may access your programs at the following link:

Does my workout program include videos?

Yes, all workout programs and memberships include HD video demonstrations of each exercise, featuring the lead athlete.

Will my workout program be shipped to me?

No, all workout programs are delivered digitally. After purchasing a program, you will receive an email with access instructions. We do this for two reasons:

  1. To reduce waste (by not manufacturing a physical product)
  2. To more easily send these programs and information to our fans and customers overseas
Does access to my program(s) ever expire?

No, you have lifetime access to your purchased programs.

I can't find the email to access my program...

With every program purchase, you receive an email containing instructions on how to access your program. If you cannot find the email within 30 minutes of your purchase, please check your email’s spam or junk folder.

If you still cannot find it, please try checking the email inbox of your PayPal email address (if you paid through PayPal).
